A wonderful afternoon spent with beautiful elephants

We chose this sanctuary due to its ethical nature and we were not disappointed. On arrival we had a talk on the elephants we were going to meet, we then made supplementary food which we fed to the elephants along with banana’s and sugar cane. We then met them again in the habitat they spend their day with ample time to interact and take pictures. We then had a lovely lunch before the highlight of bathing 2 elephants. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble including photos whilst in the water. There was even a video taken during the trip which is a lovely reminder of a great afternoon, this video is included and emailed to you later. Would highly recommend this particular sanctuary and cannot wait to return

Knowledgable, hospitable and efficient.

Very knowledgable tour guides who established caring guidelines about how to treat the animals (i.e no touching baby piglets as they may get anxious etc). I really appreciated how smart, efficient, pre-emptively problem solving and the whole team was at the boat tour

Lovely experience

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this elephant sanctuary tour. It was very well organised & our main guide Angie was excellent. It was wonderful to see rescued elephants thriving & being cared for in a conducive natural habitat.the baby elephant was so cute prancing around like a typical toddler! We enjoyed making the protein,banana, grass & pumpkin balls & feeding them to the elephants . An enjoyable half day spent well.

Elephant experience of a lifetime

The love and care that is invested in the rescue elephants is heart warming. The facility is great, and the education and process they take you through from food prep to feeding to planting to bathing is a one of a kind experience. This is a can’t miss experience for any elephant lovers.

I didn’t know what to...

I didn’t know what to expect for the tour and wondered if it would make me sad (zoos make me sad). The sanctuary is definitely a happy place and the elephants are well cared for. I recommend coming in the support the sanctuary and feeding the elephants. Really great experience.
