Overview

Embark on a 4 hour adventure to Turtle Cove or Brewers Bay and Honeymoon Beach. At Turtle Cove or Brewers Bay you will have snorkeling gear to explore coral reefs that are home to tropical fish such as snapper, hamlets, parrot fish and you can even swim with the turtles. Once the group is finished snorkeling - enjoy a cold beer or two! After the snorkel stop, we will whisk you away to Honeymoon Beach/Water Island. The #1 beach on TripAdvisor, you will enjoy the white sand beach and crystal blue waters. You can visit the world famous Dinghy's Beach Bar where Pain Killers flow. Your experience is complete with a quick trip to Yacht Haven Grande. Depending on availability, guests will enjoy either 36' Island Flyer, our 2019 36' Twin Vee power Ocean Cat or our 31' Wellcraft powerboat. Our guests rave about the quality of this charter. Departure at 9am or 2pm.

Itinerary

Embark on a 4 hour semi-private charter experience to Turtle Cove and Honeymoon Beach. At Turtle Cove on Buck Island, we’ll have your snorkel gear prepared for you to explore coral reefs home to tropical fish like snapper, hamlets, parrotfish, surgeonfish, squirrelfish, and other sea life including turtles. Once the group is finished snorkeling, enjoy cold beer, sodas, and water. After Turtle Cove, we’ll whisk you away to Honeymoon Beach on Water Island. At the #1 beach on TripAdvisor, enjoy the white sand and crystal blue waters. You can visit the world-famous Dinghy's Beach Bar where Pain Killers flow freely. Your experience is complete with a boat ride home to Yacht Haven Grande. Please note that depending on weather and ocean conditions, the Captain may substitute Brewers Bay for snorkeling and Emerald Beach at Lindbergh Bay for beach, food and beverages. *Depending on availability, guests will enjoy MV Island Flyer, MV Poseidon, MV Aquarius or other comparable vessel based on availability. Departure is 9 AM or 2 PM

Mike was a great captian. I had a special request, more coral and fish, than turtles, which he facilitated. We all had a great time.

Third time with Seas the Day and all three trips were wonderful. Our captains not only safely drove us to great snorkeling spots on very comfortable and up-to-date vessels, they kept a watchful eye on us as well as enlightening us on the islands’ history, politics and aquatic life. Money well spent!

Hillary was a phenomenal guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with her! There were only 8 guests on the boat and plenty of room to move around and enjoy the ride to water and buck island. Saw tons of turtles and beautiful reefs at both stops! Food at dinghy bar at honeymoon beach was delicious . My teens loved the whole tripand they are hard to please! Thank you Hillary!

Great Snorkling at Honeymoon Beach

Wonderful day with Dave snorkeling at Honeymoon Beach. It was windy and waters were a little choppy so Dave took us directly to Honeymoon Beach where it was much calmer and we were able to snorkel off the boat. We saw turtles (one actually swam right up past me and surfaced!) as well as fish. While we didn't go onto the beach itself, it looked nice and there was a small restaurant/bar. Dave was a great guide in that he was knowledgeable about St Thomas, had fun facts and trivia to share, and pivoted to make our afternoon of snorkeling as enjoyable as possible. We also felt like Dave connected to everyone on the trip; it felt like he enjoyed talking to people and liked what he was doing. I bring this up because we have been on tours where it felt like the folks with kids, or the best looking woman, or the person who looked like the biggest tipper got all the guides attention, or other times when it felt like they were just going through the motions. We also enjoyed having a small group (8 adults) as opposed to some of the huge groups we saw going out. A HUGE plus and as noted above, made it easier for Dave to talk to each of us.
