Overview

Our signature cocktails are based on typical Colombian tropical fruit juices and will be combined with matching local liquors like aguardiente, rum, and Titan as well as vodka and gin. If you want to experience new flavours, this class is for you. We serve plantain and cassava snacks with homemade salsas with some of the cocktails, and also provide recipes for the snacks.

Itinerary

In our cocktail class, we focus on the preparation of tropical signature cocktails by using Colombian fruits, so you can discover unique flavors. Some of the fruits we use are lulo, passion fruit, and green mango. The main spirits we use are Colombian Rum and Aguardiente as well as a local apple liquor. Also, Gin and Vodka are used. Each participant will prepare their own cocktails. We will serve some snacks to pair with the drinks. We will prepare a total of 5 cocktails for about 2 hours and explain the preparation of the snacks. Please mention allergies and food restrictions. Upon special request non-alcoholic mocktails can be prepared people that don't drink alcohol and minors.

Cartagena Cocktail Magic!

Amazing experience!

This was one of my favorite excursions in Cartagena! We learned to make 5 different Colombian cocktails and enjoyed 3 different Colombian appetizers. Our hosts were amazing! I highly recommend this experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Cooking While on Vacation!

SkyKitchen was fantastic! My father and I were visiting Cartagena and decided a local cooking class would be fun. And it was! The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, and, most importantly, the food was delicious and simple to make. I will dream of the fish that we cooked that day. A fun and delicious way to spend an evening

We had a great experience with Sky Kitchen and Owar who led our cocktail making class was great! He was really friendly and clear in explaining the steps. We made 5 cocktails and learnt about new fruits we hadn't tried before. They also made sure we were fed by making us so many delicious snacks - super tasty and filling. My husband and I ended up having a private class as we were the only 2 who booked the evening slot but it was so much fun. The only thing I would reccomend is to provide some water as there is a lot of food and alcohol. It also took a while to confirm the booking so we weren't sure if it was taking place until a few hours before. On the whole I would highly reccomend this class!
