The whole process was easy and flawless. Efficient to book, and to find a good time to enter the museum. The ticket agent proactively phoned me a few minutes ahead of the assigned meeting time so that I could quickly navigate to the exact meeting spot, despite the crowds of other tourists. Would definitely recommend.
