Overview

On our Secret Food Tour: Singapore you’ll see and eat the best the city has to offer. Walk through gardens, shopping malls, skyscrapers, and its hawker centers; covered markets where you can find amazing food of all kinds. We'll visit a local market, teach you about the surrounding architecture, and show you the hidden gems where locals eat that you won't find in any guidebooks. At the end of your tour, you'll have sampled some of Singapore's most delicious dishes and gained a better understanding of our culture and history.

We'll meet outside the metro station Chinatown (Exit A) near the shop called Bee Cheng Hiang.

    Restored shophouses displaying living spaces, furnishings & artifacts of early Chinatown settlers.

  • Sri Mariamman Temple (Pass By)

    Built in 1827, the city's oldest Hindu temple features a tower densely ornamented with deities.

  • Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum (Pass By)

    Tang dynasty–style temple housing religious relics, with ornate rooms & a tranquil rooftop garden.

  • Ann Siang Hill (Pass By)

    A small hill, and the name of a one-way road located in Chinatown, Singapore. It was named after Chia Ann Siang, a wealthy businessman.

Silvia was an excellent tour guide. She was very informative about the food and the history of the area. I learned a lot and got to try a lot of delicious food and drinks. Make sure to come hungry (don’t eat breakfast) so you are able to try everything.
