Everything was efficient from boarding the bus from Milan and back to Milan. Smooth journey which took about 1hr plus

Excellent... Upon return, we were happy that bus made also a stop next to Milano Centrale so we didn't need to carry all bags in public transport

As described, gets you to the outlet and back - there were USB ports for charging on the bus back but not on the way there. It was noted that the bus will not stop under any circumstance so use the loos beforehand. Also tip from the pros I observed - bring a carry on suitcase to pack then wheel your shopping around
