Overview

Enjoy a fully private day trip with our driver-guide. We will pick you up directly at your Hotel and take you for a scenic drive to the magnificent Lauterbrunnen Valley. Here you will take a scenic gondola to the alpine meadows of Allmendhubel to experience the Swiss Alps on a 3-hour self-guided hike with a stunning view of the famous Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The hiking time is between 2.5-3 hours and the panoramic Restaurant is waiting for you at the end of the trail with refreshments. Following your hike and descent by gondola, we will take you for a picnic of Swiss specialties at the shore of Lake Brienz before your driver-guide takes you back to your accommodation in Zurich. In the event of inclement weather: You will have the opportunity to visit the stunning Aare Gorge and the Trümmelbachfalls in Lauterbrunnen Valley! A day dedicated to the beauty of water.     A scenic drive from your accommodation to the Valley of 72 Waterfalls, Lauterbrunnen.

  • Lauterbrunnen

    Upon arrival, you will take a scenic gondola to GrĂĽtschalp where your self-guided hike to Allmendhubel will start.

    During this self-guided hike you will explore the alpine meadows below Schilthorn. With a detailed way description, you will follow the well-marked and smooth path to Allmendhubel. Along the way, you can enjoy the most scenic view of the iconic 3 peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Fitness Level: Basic Experience Level: Advanced Beginner Type: Self-guided Condition: Well-built trail, sunny, suitable for families Distance: 5km, with a total climb of 480m Average Duration: 2.5 hours As a hiker, please remember to plan accordingly: consider weather conditions, health conditions and medical insurance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience along the Mountain View Trail.

    From MĂĽrren you will again descend to the Valley of Lauterbrunnen. Another scenic gondola to a village called Stechelberg. Here your driver-guide will meet you again.

    A scenic drive through the Valley towards Lake Brienz.

    A Picnic of Regional Specialties will be prepared by your driver-guide directly at the shores of Lake Brienz. Enjoy the tranquil scenery and relax your muscles in the crystal clear water of this alpine Lake.
