To upgrade to a private tour, please request. Wine and food, not included, but may be purchased ... separately on location. We spend approximately 5 hours in wine country plus drive times from your pick-up location. Santa Barbara is approximately 1 hour from Wine Country (total trip time 7-8 hours from Santa Barbara) Return times can be later due to unexpected traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Central meeting points: 10am: in front of the Santa Barbara Train Station (Santa Barbara) 11am: in front of The Visitor Center in Solvang (Wine Country) We do not automatically stop at central meeting point locations. You must have a tour reservation and confirmation with a pick up location selected in order for us to plan to pick you up there. Residential pick-ups are not guaranteed but may be possible if not too far from the central pickup locations. Please call with your address to inquire about availability - or you may email us to inquire after booking. Otherwise, you may be picked up at the closest central meeting point or closest hotel location. Central Pick Up Times: 10:00am Santa Barbara Train Station (outside, in front of the station). 209 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA Paid parking is available at the train station. If taking the train to Santa Barbara, please let us know by phone and/or text if it is running late. We wait for the 10am train arrival from Los Angeles, as long as it is reasonably late. If there is an extreme situation, we will do our very best to communicate with you and make an alternative plan. 11:00am Solvang Visitor Center (outside in front of the Visitor Center) 1637-1639 Copenhagen Dr, Solvang, CA Free public parking lots in the back of visitor center and nearby. Hotel Pickups will begin the hour before the individual area's central pick-up/departure times. 9:30 - 10:00 am: Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria 10:10-10:20am Goleta 10:45am - 11:00am Buellton, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Solvang For those guests who are staying at one of our included hotel pick-up locations, please be in the lobby ready for pick-up at the beginning of your pick-up time window. Due to last-minute bookings, we do not know the order of pick-ups until the morning of the tour, so please be ready at the beginning of your pick-up time window as your hotel could be the first stop. Approximately 6 to 7-hour tour from Santa Barbara, Montecito or Goleta including travel time. Approximately 5 to 5.5-hour tour from Solvang, Los Olivos Santa Ynez, Buellton. including travel time. We will contact you the evening before with an approximate pick-up time. If there are any changes, we will contact you again the morning of the tour. Return times can be delayed due to traffic and other circumstances. *Traveling by train from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara is a convenient way to reach wine country. Grape Adventures will meet you at the station, take you to the vineyards, and return you for your departure. Please schedule a train that arrives by 9:55a.m. and departs after 6p.m. While we aim to return to Santa Barbara by 5:00 p.m., arrival times can be delayed due to unexpected traffic or other unforeseen occurrences.
