Join this personable small-group Rotterdam cycling tour and see all Rotterdam’s city highlights. During this 2,5 hour bike tour, limited to max 15 people (average 8 persons), you will bike through old and new parts of the city centre and discover all the Highlights the city has to offer. Enjoy the impressive modern architecture, hear about the devastating World War II bombing, and see redeveloped harbor areas.     Here we will park the bike and see the Markthal from the inside. Your Insider guide will be able to tell you everything about this amazing Market and will show you parts of the Markthal you otherwise would never find.

  • Rotterdam Centraal Station

    During the bike tour you will also visit the station Centraal Station. This is one of the most iconic buildings in Rotterdam. There will be space to take pictures and your guide will of course tell more about the building.

  • Katendrecht

    An area which is now hip & happening but has a rough past. Here we will have a short break in an alternative food market.

  • Erasmus Bridge

    Cycle over the beautiful Erasmus bridge and feel the wind in your hair.

    Visit the Kop van Zuid, an interesting area on the other side of the Meuse river. We will stop at Hotel New York, the former main office of the Holland America Line.

A great little tour of the city's highlights!

A great way to see a lot of the city in a short space of time - the guide was excellent, and really knew her stuff! The 'refreshment stop', which happened later in the tour (a 'Craft' brewery), was great - just what one needed after pedalling those few miles! Would certainly do another of these tours when we go back next time....

Brilliant intro to the city. It's history, people and art. Exactly what you need. As a local Ariane knew everything and was able to give good recommendations for the rest of our time in the city.

Ariane gave us an excellent bicycle tour of both some main attractions and lesser-known areas of Rotterdam! Very much enjoyed the ride and small group. Perfect balance of just a bit of information and enough time to see each site, without being overwhelmed. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this tour. The guide was personable and knowledgeable. We went to interesting places, saw a lot, and never felt rushed. The bikes were easy to ride and were well maintained. During my stay in the Netherlands I did city bike tours in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Utrecht. This tour by "Inside Rotterdam" was by far my favorite.
