  • New Bridge

    The New Bridge of Ronda is the universal symbol of this town and absolutely unique. Neoclassical building finished in 1793.

    10 minutes

  • Plaza de Toros de Ronda

    The bullring of Ronda is the cradle of bullfighting on foot. Oldest bullring in the world still in use (1785). Neoclassical building made of stone. Entrance ticket not included. Optional.

  • Casa Museo Don Bosco

    The house of Don Bosco is one of the best houses in the old-town (19th century). Its visit is absolutely recommended. Beautiful paradise gardens just by the gorge. You can take a wonderful picture of the New Bridge from here. Entrance tickets not included. Optional.

  • Iglesia de Santa Maria la Mayor

    The main church of Ronda, for the Rondans our "Cathedral". Two churches (Gothic and Renaissance), in the same building. If you can climb around 100 steps, you will enjoy the amazing views over the town from the upper gallery (see my pic with Rick Steves). Entrance tickets not included. Optional.

  • Banos Arabes

    Our Arab baths (13th century), are the best preserved in Spain. Divided in 4 different rooms and with a small tower for the water wheel. Interesting to visit (only if you have good legs since they are situated at the bottom of a slope). Tickets not included. Optional.

    Our archeological museum in an amazing manor house (16th and 17th century). Entrance tickets not included. Optional.

One of the best guides ever, in any country.

I can’t remember when we’ve had a better tour guide. He easily handled everyone in our group of 16 family members including five who are fluent in Spanish, who have lived in Madrid for five months, and a non-Spanish-speaking three-year-old and everyone in between. Lots of information presented in a highly accessible manner. Absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend.

A very enjoyable and illuminating three hours in Ronda by an experienced local guide. I would go as far as to say that this was the best tour we have ever booked (and there have been dozens). At the end, there were excellent recommendations for restaurants and concerts.

The best way to get to know Ronda! An afternoon with Jèsus!

Jèsus introduced us to this amazing city on our first afternoon in Ronda and we fell in love with this beautiful place. Jèsus not only was knowledgeable about the history, and had interesting stories to share, he gave us great suggestions about other things to do and places to eat during our visit. We travel a lot and Jèsus has been one of our favorite guides. I highly recommend!

Jesús was a wonderful ambassador for Ronda. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I would absolutely recommend a tour with him. If you go, book the 10:00 tour to slide in before the masses of tourists show up. Great visit to Ronda!
