Roman History and Wine Tasting

We absolutely enjoyed our tour with Fred. He was extremely kind, courteous, and tailored our tour to our wishes. We enjoyed every stop, Pont du Gard was by far a major highlight! The Roman theatre in Orange was spectacular and so massive! The triumphal arch, wine tasting, and chocolate tasting were the “icing on the cake.” Everything was wonderful, along with our delicious lunch. Most enjoyable was the wonderful day Fred gave us!

We know it was the luck of the draw, but we enjoyed the other three people on the tout tremendously. This was our first Viator tour and are now interested in booking other ones.

An excellent tour of Provence from Avignon

The wine and chocolate tour included a visit to the Pont du Gard and the Roman Theatre in Orange. The driver and guide Nico was both very informative and friendly. He gave us just the right amount of time at each place and was considerate of our energy levels! He booked us a table at an excellent restaurant in the market at Uzes. This was the best day tour I have ever experienced. Merci beaucoup.
