Itinerary

Rock climbing experience. Climbing is a complete sport, which works the mind in harmony with the body, integrating nature. The benefits are numerous such as concentration, quick thinking, memorization, stress relief, personal overcoming, physical conditioning, strengthening of joints, among others. This will be a day to experience rock climbing in the safest possible way. After the meeting we will walk for about 30 minutes where we will reach the climbing sector. There are numerous climbing sectors and we will choose the best one based on participant experience and weather conditions. We'll go through a theoretical and safety part first and then we'll start climbing. The sectors have climbing routes of different levels of difficulty, from beginners to very advanced.
