Why was Buenos Aires called the ‘Paris of South America’? Who ‘inhabits’ the Recoleta Cemetery, and what mysteries does it contain? What was the ‘Belle Époque,’ and how did it change the city? What was the role of large landowners in the development of the country? Was Argentina really a global economic power? These are just some of the many questions we will try to answer on our walk through the most aristocratic part of town.

Excellent tour of the cultural history of Recoleta

Nicolas was an excellent tour guide - knowledgeable, personable, and able to answer all my questions. It ended up just us and I felt extremely comfortable with him and would 100% recommend this. If I were staying longer I'd do another tour!

Such an interesting and informative tour learning all about the history of Recoleta. Nico was an excellent guide who really brought Buenos Aires to life and the small group size meant the tour was really tailored to our interests and we could ask lots of questions.
