Great Tour Guide and Experience

Published on Dec, 2024

Museliuni was an excellent tour guide. Despite rain for most of the tour he improvised to help us take fully advantage of the time. His expertise of Puerto Plata, relationship with the locals, and desire to answer all questions made it interactive and enjoyable. The lunch location 37 Pescados and Marios was a great choice.

Great private guided tour!

Published on Nov, 2024

The best part of our private tour was Antonio, local guide who answered all of our questions. He also managed to flex the tour according to the weather. Unfortunately the cable car is out service for some time which was big disappointment. The ride up and down with local tourist bus was cool and unexpected adventure! That was the only way to see real Dominican country life! It was rainy and foggy so we could not see the valley or access some of the points at Mt. Isabel. Rum factory and chocolate store tour were very interesting. You sure can buy some presents there! You can't control the weather but you can pick the company you want to spend the day with. And this one is the right one!

Tour guide was great- friendly, patient and thorough. Dress comfortably. Great opportunity to see some of the best spots in Puerto Plata.

Day Trip

Published on Oct, 2024

I absolutely loved our tour guide Antonio! He was friendly and knowledgeable and had water for us on the warm day. Unfortunately, the cable car was being renovated so we couldn’t go up to the mountain on it at the time but going by truck and getting to see all the culture and agriculture was amazing. We had a few additional stops on our tour which was like icing on the cake and got some great cigars and chocolate.

Accessible Puerto Plata highlights!

Published on Sep, 2024

Our guide, Antonio, went above and beyond making sure I was able to enjoy Puerto Plata while I needed to use a mobility scooter. My cousin and I had a great time listening to his tales of the history and culture of the areas we visited. Best guide!
