Grasse is a world leader in the production of natural fragrances for the perfume industry and of flavourings for food manufacturers. It lies northwest of Cannes and west southwest of Nice. Here you can either have free guided tour in a traditional local perfume factory or visit the old town where its another main attraction is the Cathédral, founded in the 11th century, in the inerior, there are three original peinting by Rubens and one by Jean Honoré Fragonard, a famous French painter native of the town.

Alex was a wonderful driver and host. His knowledge of the region and its history greatly enhanced our experience. Alex went out of his way to take us to a place that was not in the itinerary that we wanted to see. A very special excursion for our family. Highly recommended!
