Wander through the markets in the Monastiraki area, see classical Roman and Ottoman monuments of the city including the Ancient Agora and it's Museum and soak up the atmosphere in the Plaka's narrow paved streets that pass many of the city's Ancient sites on this three-hour private walking tour of Athens.

Meeting points

Departure time : 9:30 AM - Please be at the meeting point 15 min. prior to given departure time (if you would like to arrange a different departure time, please notify us accordingly at the time of booking) Inside the Syntagma Metro Station, next to the ticket validating machines, underneath the hanging clock. The tour guide or office representative will be holding an orange colored sign to identify them.

Athens Walking Tours crushed it!!!

I booked a private Athens tour through Stavros in the office. Had a very specific itinerary and he did a terrific job getting it planted - was very accommodating and easy to work with. On tour day Apollo was our guide and boy was he fantastic! Such a nice guy and extremely knowledgeable. An archaeologist, he provided us so much information on the ancient sites. Stavros accommodating my wish list meant a packed itinerary. Apollo took us through the entire day with a big smile, even though we went over time. Wouldn’t change a thing about the booking process or the tour itself.
