The driver, Craig, was very cordial and informative. Our flight arrived early but he communicated with our travel agent to coordinate our pick-up timely. The ride to and from our hotel was very nice.

We had a fantastic experience with our driver on the way to Norman Manley International Airport. From the start, he was incredibly professional and right on time, which made our trip so stress-free. He even made sure we double-checked for our passports before setting off—such a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated! The ride was super comfortable, smooth, and he helped us with loading and unloading our bags, which made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better end to our journey, and we’ll absolutely be using his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

Craig our driver took us to Dunn’s River in Ocho Rios. He was so punctual and had great communication with the group. The van was new and well maintained. He provided us with bottle water. The Falls were amazing. He was knowledgeable about Jamaica. I would high recommend Craig as a tour guide and driver.
