FINDING YOUR DRIVER Please be waiting in front of the cruise ship exit 10/15 minutes before your pick up time, the driver will be holding a sign board with your name. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. Changes to pick up times ... must be requested to your supplier or booking agent at least 24hrs prior to departure. If the change is accepted by the supplier, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss any flights or forward travel if details of the booking have changed and we have not been advised accordingly.. I was really nervous about making these reservations. But as it turned out the driver was in communication with me a couple of days before and he was out there waiting when we walked off the ship @6:45 am. Got to the airport in 2 hours with enough time to find our way around the very confusing Marco Polo airport and have time to relax before our flight.

Had a question upon arrival at the ship parking lot and the local dispatcher was very quick to resolve. Great driver and comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend this service!!
