Irina was the best tour guide we’ve ever had. She kept two teenaged kids and one adult totally enthralled throughout a 3h walking tour of Florence. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We hope to revisit the city - and when/if we do we know who to contact for another tour. Thanks Irina!
