Enjoy one of Belgium’s most incredible cities on this Antwerp and Brussels private day trip from Amsterdam.
The first stop is at the diamond museum DIVA. Step inside DIVA and be amazed by the beauty of diamonds, jewellery and silver in the renewed permanent exhibition ‘DIVA, a Brilliant Story’.
Then you will have some free time to see Antwerp on your own. Then your driver will take you to the beautiful Atomium in Brussels, the great Royal Palace and the Sint Michaels Cathedraal.
There is also a possibility to buy nice chocolate or to have a lunch at the Grand Place. You have a few hours free time for yourself to spend in the city center of Brussels.

Discover DIVA and enter a wonderful universe full of diamonds, jewels and silversmithing.
Marvel at the beauty of diamonds, jewellery and silver
At the refurbished permanent exhibition A Brilliant Story (2023), you will discover the different stages of a piece of jewellery or silverware, from the mine to the finished product. See how diamonds are mined, how silversmiths work and learn more about the art and uses of these beautiful objects.
The museum route starts on the second floor in the Raw Materials Room. Then you will descend to the Vault and the Boudoir on the first floor. After that you visit the Dining Room, the Trading Room and the Atelier and finally you will end the tour in the Room of Wonder. The museum tour follows the journey of the diamond or raw material, from the mine to the finished product. Feast your eyes on 650 diamonds, jewellery and silver objects from the 15th century to today.

Gavin showed up to pick us up in a beautiful clean Mercedes van. He was so polite and dressed very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. He knew exactly what to show us and always got us to a place to park that was close therefore we didn’t have to walk as far. We would recommend this day trip to anyone wanting to see Brussels in a day.
