The paella class was an awesome experience. Alberto was an amazing chef. We loved going to the market and then participating in making the paella and cake. Highly recommend.

Gabriel is a terrific chef and teacher. Starting at the market, he showed and explained all the ingredients we would use, and how to differentiate between similar foods. He did a wonderful combination of teaching by example and then having students do the same process. And the ensuing lunch of parlla and a special cake of Santiago were absolutely delicious!
