This company was top notch from day one. When I booked and sent a question via Viator, I received a callback and didn't answer an unknown number, Shamar texted to let me know it was the company calling. I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of that simple action. I booked 2 trips, one to Port Canaveral from hotel and one back from Port to our hotel. They were on time both times and Shamar provided constant communication. For my return, I forgot what time I asked to be picked up, I had my son contact her to let her know and that I was on Whatsapp. She reached out on Whatsapp. So pleasant and accommodating. Those Suburbans were nice and clean. Mo and Benoit, were dressed professionally and their attitudes displayed the same professionalism. If the need occurs again, they will always be my 1st choice.
