Enjoy a comfortable and private transfer from Vienna Airport VIE to Vienna City in an elegant and fully-equipped Mercedes Benz Vito Class Minivan (up to 6 passengers) or similar vehicle. Your chauffeur will be waiting at the arrival lounge just after you pick up your luggage and will be holding a sign showing the name of the lead passenger. If there is a problem finding your chauffeur, please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are covered in case your arrival is delayed. In case of a cancelled flight, your transfer will be automatically cancelled, free of charge. This service is available 24/7, year round. Your private, English-speaking chauffeur will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city.

Experience was very satisfactory. Our driver, Ali, was immediately visible to us (with his sign) upon entering the arrivals hall. Ali was efficient and friendly. Vehicle was really clean.

Very efficient pickup and transfer. Driver was waiting for us at the baggage carousel exit and took us directly to the van helping with luggage. He dropped us off at our hotel and called out a bellman for us.
