Our guide Van Ness (nickname for his favorite Taiwanese music star) gave us door to door service in a comfortable minivan. Van Ness was informative, helpful, friendly, and calming guide with a gentle sense of humor. He had great photo pose location suggestions at the waterfalls and great food and feature suggestions at both sites. Although the day was sometimes rainy and breezy, am remembering the day as fun sightseeing in comfort. Would do again.

Amazing experience! Got to see the culture and learn about the history as well as see some awesome sites! I highly recommend! Our tour guide Jerry568 was so kind and accommodating! He did absolutely incredible in taking pictures of us and helping us in every way possible, I highly suggest!

Our tour guide, Gary Chang, was absolutely the best. He communicated every detail amazingly. He gave me constant updates as to his arrival to pick us up. This man was so kind hearted and extremely knowledgeable of the area we toured. He knew the perfect spots to avoid the crowds and little secrets of better vantage points. He personnally walked us to various attractions. He spoke amazing English and mandarin. I speak English and a little mandarin. He was amazing in both languages. This and his demeanor made this trip so comfortable and very enjoyable. If there was a way to give his 10 stars I would. I would recommend this trip and this tour guide to everyone.

Mr.Lin is the MOST wonderful tour guide ever! I went to Taiwan with friends and decided to hire a private guide to Jiufen(九份) and Shifen(十分). Mr.LIn can speak Chinese, English and Janpanese as well as native speaker. He took us to Taiwanese traditional places such as lantan flyer, street foods, waterfalls and also Jiufen's teashops. Durling traveling in his car he entertained us with his lovely talk and interesting Taiwan's stories, which made us forget about time. And more, he NEVER forced us to buy or enter the shops, he only proposed us to try tasting. When in tea shop, he guided and left us only three and made us enjoy our private times despite suggesting him to stay together, he politly turned down. You can RERALLY enjoy Taiwan travel with him, without wasting time and bothered by shoppers ' hard-pressure selling. I truly reccomend you. リンさんは最高のガイドです！ 中国語、日本語、英語が話せて話も面白く、移動もあっという間でした！ お店やお土産の紹介はしてくれますが、決して強要はしませんし、私たち3人で食べる時間の時にはそっと席を離れてくれてプライベートな時間を尊重してくれました。本当におすすめです。
