Perfectly Planned, Seamlessly Delivered – A Dream Trip in Sri Lanka

HASHU made our Sri Lanka trip truly amazing – more than just a driver!

From the very moment we arrived in Sri Lanka, HASHU made our trip unforgettable. The airport pickup was completely seamless, and he even helped us exchange money at the airport, which was incredibly helpful after a long flight. His English is excellent — easily a 9/10 — and more importantly, his communication was always clear, kind, and thoughtful. HASHU is so much more than a driver. He became our guide, our daily advisor, and honestly, by the end of our journey, we felt like we were traveling with a friend. Throughout the entire trip, HASHU provided valuable local tips, shared insights about the culture and places we visited, and always went out of his way to meet our wishes. He accompanied us to ticket counters, helped us with any issues or arrangements, and always made sure we felt confident and safe — we never had to worry about a thing. The car was always spotlessly clean and smelled great – a small detail, but one that made every ride comfortable and pleasant. HASHU was consistently patient, attentive, and full of positive energy. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka (and we truly hope we will), there is no doubt — we will absolutely want to travel again with HASHU. He played a big part in making our holiday special and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend him more!

Organize Sri Lanka with Darshana Tours

Fantastic experience. We just completed our 15 day tour of Sri Lanka which was organized by Darshana. We booked online, provided our itinerary and he messaged us back with a very reasonable price that included driver, car, gas etc. Dealing with him was so easy -- with no hassles. He responds quickly and delivered the service without a hitch. Dealing with him was super easy. On the first day of our tour, we were greeted by our driver Supun, who was amazing, always on time, fun and informative, and super accommodating. We have to admit that he made our trip even more special with his personality, the information shared and the laughs. We learned a lot about nature, birds, culture, and history. The country in itself is spectacular and breath-taking. The landscape, locals, food, culture, beaches, temples and of course tea.

From the beginning to the end, thanks to Darshana and our driver Hashu, this trip was incredible. The itinerary, the variety of amazing things to do, the car (comfort & cleanliness), our driver Hashu, the hotels and the food were all top notch. What made it better than any other tour I’ve been on was Hashu. Beyond being a safe, reliable driver, he is an immensely kind, funny and joyful human. We had a great time at all the sights and in-between. Highlights for me: Lion’s Rock at sunrise! The train to Ella! Hurulu Eco Park elephants! The nine arches bridge! Galle Fort! Our beautiful hotel in Marissa (Vis ta Vie). The catamaran ride farm-to-table where we got to help make our lunch was really fun (best coconut sambol) Also, the food! Man, I just enjoyed it all at every step of the way we were fed like royalty - do not miss the 21 curry feasts.

What an amazing trip! From the initial planning stages to the final farewell everything went smoothly. All questions and preferences were responded to promptly and the itinerary was clear and thoroughly planned. Our wonderful driver Hashu greeted us with a huge smile and kindness that continued throughout the entire trip. His friendliness, patience and attention to detail - whether it be a spontaneous change in schedule or the always shiny car - really made the 7 days incredible. A huge thank you to Darshana Tours for crafting an unforgettable adventure that included Safari’s, nature hikes and immersive local experiences. There were so many highlights and each day left us excited for what lay ahead. I would definitely recommend Darshana Tours and Hashu to family and friends and hope to return myself one day.
