One of the main attractions on Vis island, this beach was once voted as the most beautiful beach in Europe. Spectacular cliffs that surround it tell us an interesting story about it's origin; many geologist claim it used to be one of the biggest cave structures on the island, before the roof collapsed, leaving behind one of the most magnificent and unique coves in this part of the world.

Mario Rent Pakleni Tour

Amazing trip around the islands of Hvar with Mario Rent. Our skipper Simon was amazing, brought us to all of the beautiful places to swim and taught us all along the way. Couldn’t recommend this tour any more! It was so amazing. 1000/10 for Simon and Mario Rent.

Fun private Boat experience

Mr. J was our boat guide for the day and he brought us touring around Vis and Pakleni islands. Due to the weather conditions, we could not visit green or blue cave but J made sure we still had a lot of fun on the boat and brought us to other viewpoints and swimming spots like the blue lagoon. We would love to go on the trip again.

Our private group tour with Mario Rent was wonderful! Thanks to Ana for a hassle free enquiry process and booking experience. Our gratitude to our skipper Mario for planning and executing the tour in a way that we did not miss out on the blue cave tour despite erratic weather conditions. The boat was clean and well maintained and could comfortably accommodate our family of 10. To summarise, we enjoyed the tour thoroughly and returned with a lifetime of memories to cherish.

UNFORGETTABLE experience!!

First off I want to start my review by prefacing that we visited Hvar the last week of October/first week of November, which is Hvar’s off-season. Prior to coming to Hvar I had reached out to multiple boat rental companies and they had all said they were done for the season, and 2 of them recommended reaching out to a wonderful company called Mario Rent. So I reached out and from the first email they were so friendly and accommodating. They let me know all of my options, mentioning that the Blue Caves may not be open past Oct 31st but they could accommodate another beautiful route for us. I booked that day with a small deposit that was refunded the day we took the tour and we were all set for our boat day once we got there. We showed up for our boat tour at 9am and the manager/owner was at the office and she gave us the amazing news that they upgraded us, free of charge to a larger boat (that was double the price of the one we originally booked). We had booked the Aquamax 23, but they upgrade us to the Felix 40. There were only 2 of us so that was very unexpected and we were so thankful and happy about that! The next piece of amazing news was that the Blue Caves were still open that day so we were about to do the Blue Cave route. From the start of our boat day to the end, it was all amazing. Our captain, Pope, was so knowledgeable and skilled at driving the boat. We had such a perfect day going to the Blue Cave, swimming in the Green Cave, stopping at the Blue Lagoon for more swimming and we even got to stop at the old military caves on Vis Islands. I couldn’t recommend them enough, such a great company!
