Have you ever wondered how to make a real Spanish paella?! Well, don’t look forward. We offer you a lovely ride along the Catalan vineyards, a wee tour of an ancient winery, and a paella master class. You will be able to choose between 4 different types of paella: – Seafood paella: The best known in the world. Prawns, calamari, squid and fish. This one is a classic in every Spanish household! – Meat paella: A mix of different meats are added to the rice along with the spices and lots of love. – Vegetarian paella: For veggies lovers, seasonal mix vegetables and a strong vegetable broth to give the rice the best taste. – Black paella: This type of paella is more unknown to travelers. Made with rice with squid and its ink. It is served with a garlic sauce made of egg, oil, salt, and garlic. You cannot resist it!

An absolutely wonderful way to spend the day. Easy bike ride with helmets provided. Pick up at the hotel awesome. Great tour of vineyards and a truly informative tour of the winery.

Interesting, authentic and informative, truly a great experience. Could definitely recommend. Picked up at the hotel which was a big plus, transported to winery where we picked up bikes and helmets. Pleasantries around vineyards, olive and almond trees. Back to winery for very informative tour by the lovely female owner. Ending with the preparation and consumption of a lovely seafood paella. A true lovely way to spend part of your day.

Alex was a wonderful host, and we had a fun group to enjoy an unforgettable experience. Alex was charming, knowledgeable and accommodating. The cava and the paella were yummy! We highly recommend this tour!

Would highly recommend this tour with Alex, who takes you on an easy/casual bike ride around the vineyards, whilst explaining a bit about the different types of wines and wine making progress. The vineyard we stopped at the end was a fantastic family run business (9 generations), and put on an informative tour. Then we made some tasty paella and were taught how this is made.
