My partner and I were lucky enough to have a private class with Costanza while we were in Valencia! My partner and I both really enjoy cooking especially with seafood since we live near the ocean so learning how to do a seafood paella with fresh ingredients was a fantastic experience. Costanza was super knowledgeable and we had a great time hanging out and having some wine with her after dinner too!

Paella class was excellent. I was a solo and when I showed up the other 4 people in the class had canceled and yet they continued to do my class and not cancel me which I was very grateful for. So I ended up with a 1 on 1 cooking class , which was so cool. The paella was absolutely delicious as was the sangria and wine. I recommend this class very highly. I had a fantastic time! The food the drinks and the chats were absolutely worth it! 5 stars!

We had a great evening learning about paella and were so glad we met Costanza! She took us through all the steps, gave us tips that work for her, and we ended with a delicious and authentic meal --probably the best paella we had the two weeks we were in Spain. We headed off the next day to Barcelona and squeezed a paella pan into our luggage to bring home to Canada. Would highly recommend this experience if you enjoy cooking :)

The most unique and fun experience in a beautiful setting. Myself and 8 others booked this as the first night of our friend’s bachelorette trip and it was honestly so much fun. It was a great ice breaker for people that didn’t know each other so well as we could sit and chat together during this evening while learning and assisting with making the paella. The hosts are fantastic at creating a fun environment. We got to be hands on with making the paella and a dessert. The food was delicious, the sangria and wine was flowing and the hosts were excellent. They also have a very cute dog and cat which made the evening even better!
