Overview

Are you an animal lover? Or are you traveling with your family, especially with kids? This is a tour you shouldn't miss out. First, you will enjoy the magnificent building of Lanyang Museum and have a deeper recognition of the building concept behind. After learning the historical background of Yilan, we will set off to Toucheng Old Street where you can wander around and find local restaurants to have lunch. Next, it's time to spend time at the most important attraction of this tour, Zhang Mei Ama Farm. Lastly, take a bite of the local delicacy at Luodong Night Market and try out the taste of Yilan. Kindly inform that this is a join in tour where you can meet new friends and travel with them during the tour. The tour duration may differ based on the traffic of the moment. *We will meet at M3 Exit of Taipei Station *Latecomers or No-Show will not be refunded *Changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted

1. Lanyang Museum Located in Yilan, Taiwan, the Lanyang Museum stands as a cultural beacon, showcasing the region's rich history and natural beauty. Its striking architecture mirrors the Northeast Coast's geological formations, offering immersive exhibitions that delve into local heritage, from indigenous cultures to modern developments. 30 minutes

2. Toucheng Old Street Toucheng Old Street is the very first street in Yilan to become prosperous and crowded, now it's become a nostalgic journey through Taiwan's past. Lined with quaint shops and historic buildings, it preserves the charm of a bygone era, offering visitors a glimpse into local traditions and craftsmanship. 40 minutes

3. Zhang Mei Ama's Farm Zhang Mei Ama Farm is now one of the most popular farms in Taiwan due to its cute and diverse of animals from capybara, llama and more. Come enjoy feeding and interacting with them directly! 1 hour 10 minutes

4. Yilan Luodong Forestry Culture Park Take a look into Taiwan's logging industry history and environmental conservation efforts. A serene retreat for nature enthusiasts and a tribute to sustainable forestry practices. Even until nowadays there are still many tools, factories and equipments preserved in the park. 50 minutes

5. Luodong Night Market Dine in at the delicious food stands in Luodong Night Market. Here you can find the dishes that are especially from Yilan, such as pok-bah（卜肉）, smoked Duck or so called Ya Shang（鴨賞）and more! Don't miss the chance to try them because it will be quite hard to find them once you're back to Taipei! 1 hour
