Overview

We go with minibus out into the polar night, all the way to the world-famous Abisko National Park and we makes stops during the way on the best places to see the northern light. Hopefully we will find aurora borealis in the dark night sky on our way there. We will help you to capture pictures of the magical nature phenomen. The minibus is always heated and we serve coffee, tea or warm lingonberry juice and sweet snacks on the tour. We can not guarantee that the northern light is visible because its a weather phenomenon beyond or control. But we can guarantee that we will do our best for you to have a wonderful experience anyway The northern lights use to be visible from September-middle of April

  • Abisko National Park (Pass By)

    We will drive with the minibus trough Abisko nationalpark. We will pass by the famous Lapporten and Abisko canyon. Abisko National Park is located in the far northern part of Sweden, with only Vadvetjakka National Park being further north. It rests near the border of Norway. The park covers an area of 30 square miles (77 sq km). The park extends from Tornetrask Lake up through 121 miles (195 km) inside the Arctic Circle.

    Lapporten or Tjuonavagge is a U-shaped valley located just outside Abisko National Park in Lapland in northern Sweden, one of the most familiar natural sights of the mountains there. The valley is bounded to the southwest of the mountain Nissuntjårro and in the northeast of Tjuonatjåkka.

You get to see the northern lights very nice, it took me 2 trys to get to seem them but on my second tour I got very nice views

First off, Paradise Lapland is amazing, reliable, communicative, and responsible. Absolute #1. Having transportation (pickup and dropoff by our hotel) available made the tour super convenient as some tours may last later into the night and finding a way back via public transport or by taxi would be a challenge, thank you so much! This was our second tour with Paradise Lapland. Our guide Patrik was Superb! Super knowledgeable, engaging, fun, and a great photographer! We were so lucky to catch the auroras as the clouds cleared up in the evening. It was an unforgettable experience. After the auroras and many many pictures, we enjoyed Fika (hot lingonberry drink and lingonberry cake) under the auroras before heading home. Made the trip to Kiruna another one for the books!
