Overview

Welcome to the North End Pastry Tour! This neighborhood is the city's oldest residential community, having been inhabited since it was colonized in the 1630s. Home to roughly 95 restaurants and 3 stops on Boston's Freedom Trail, you'll never run out of things to learn and places to try here. During this tour, we'll taste the following: -Sfogliatella from an underground bakery in a tucked-away alley -Tiramisu from a café with 33 different varieties of tiramisu to choose from -Florentine cannoli from a 24/7 bakery that's been a North End institution since 1926 -Chocolate ganache from a family-owned bakery that's been on Hanover St since 1930 And as a parting gift for joining the tour, you will be sent a post-tour email covering more of my favorite places to go, things to do, and food & drink to enjoy while you're in the Boston area! Tastings are subject to change. Please alert us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before booking.

Tasty tour

Adam was very knowledgeable of the North End area and gave us an excellent tour! We tried many local delicacies from simple to decadent. Would highly recommend this tour to any who visit Boston!

The tour was amazing. Adam is an excellent tour guide. The pastry was so delicious and the streets were beautiful with history and hidden alleys. Need to bundle up if you go in winter time. We highly recommend Adam’s tour.

One chatty family and a cold day

Adam is an amazing tour guide who braved the freezing temperatures to take us on a fascinating tour through the north end of Boston. He was funny, informative, and super accommodating. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Boston, whether it be for the first time or for the 100th time.

Adam was an awesome tour guide. Excellent pastries at every stop and excellent knowledge shared throughout the tour. Adam blended local food-scene knowledge with a greater-boston history and architecture lesson and it was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and will be returning for one of his other tours.

Adam braved the freezing temperatures and accommodated our large and chatty group. He was informative, upbeat, helpful with any dietary needs. All the sweets were amazing, and I will refer all my friends coming to Boston to this awesome experience.
