Overview

Enjoy a Pizza Making class in the best Pizzeria in the centre of Naples! Learn how to make Neapolitan pizza in a class with an real English speaking Pizzaiolo. You will have the chance to learn the secrets of the dough and spend a good afternoon in company, have fun and taste the best pizza ever. Take the opportunity to attend a pizza class in Naples to feel the Neapolitanity! In the first part of the class you will follow the Pizzaiolo and you will prapare the dough from scratch. You will actively participate in the cutting of mozzarella and the preparation of tomato sauce. We provide you all fresh and genuine ingredients. Pizza is an Italian symbol and it’s prepared with simple ingredients and just with a little bit of creativity. The Cooking class includes: Theoretical and practical lesson English speaking pizzaiolo Fresh ingredients and equipment

Itinerary

As soon as we arrive we will find ourselves inserted in the world of Neapolitan pizza. Once we have made our acquaintance we will begin to talk about the salient points to have a good Neapolitan pizza also made at home. We will talk about the production temperatures, the flour and the other ingredients that are used to form an excellent Neapolitan dough. Rising and storage times. We will talk about the cooking temperatures and the preparation of the tomato and which one to use, then about the mozzarella on the origin and which one to use for our margherita. I will reveal the secrets of how to have bread from the same dough as the pizza. Once our dough has been prepared, we will move it to the table where the pizza made with your hands is prepared and cooked. After the course you can eat a plate of bruschetta as an appetizer, pizza made with your hands, including water and 1 drink, we will close the meal with sorbet or coffee.

We had such a wonderful time! Manuela was so much fun and she taught us a lot of great tips to make our own pizza crust at home. Everyone at the restaurant was so welcoming and kind. It was certainly one of our favorite activities of our trip.

Manuela was an incredible teacher! She was very patient, and you could tell that she was an absolute expert. Also, the chef cooking the pizza was extremely skilled. I would absolutely love to take this class again, and I would hope to have Manuela as a teacher again. I don’t know how much she gets paid, but she definitely needs a raise regardless. :)

Such a great experience! My husband and I were lucky enough to have a private session! Anna was amazing! She was very passionate and provided great guidance for the rules of pizza making and what to look for when making your pizza dough! I would definitely recommend this experience!
