Outstanding experience - Fast pick up and easy drop off. Used in Hakuba for a family ski trip. Resort had plenty of Wifi but not nearly as fast as the portable Wifi we hired.

This gadget is a must and essentially pays for itself. Easy pick up and drop off at the Narita airport terminal we flew into and from. We had 4G wifi for four devices for 14 days and we travelled several hundred miles across Japan.We lost signal twice for around 12 hours, but we were 25 miles off shore on a boat -. Only down side on this device is battery life, the manual says 8 hours and it's correct, you only get 8 hours, so top up the charge where you can or do as we did and carry a power stick to power it up when it goes flat.
