With us you can learn the first steps of Muaythai in the beginner class. We have this class especially for beginners and amateur athletes in the program. Every man / woman is welcome here. It is also possible for children from the age of 10 to participate. All equipment is available on site.

Perfect introduction to Muay Thai!

We recently attended the beginner Muay Thai course, and it was an incredible experience! The trainers were not only skilled but also very informative, kind and patient, making sure we understood every technique and movement. The facilities were exciting, well-maintained, and provided an excellent environment for learning. The exercises were challenging yet enjoyable, and we learned so much throughout the course. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to start their Muay Thai journey!

It wouldn’t say it’s a ‘beginner class’ - you need to have some level of fitness capabilities as there’s running involved & it’s an intense workout. I loved my experience, it’s a beautiful space, all the staff were so friendly, everyone was super welcoming. I hope to come back soon!

Great fun, was really a work out. Started with a run so bring shoes. Its good to have some experience before but not necessary.
