Get fighting fit as you train in Thailand’s unique martial art form. Learn about the sport’s history with a Thai boxing instructor. Master the "science of eight limbs" with pad and mitt work to increase cardiovascular conditioning, hip mobility, leg and core strength.

Was a great class! We were trained hard and shown great techniques! Was great exercise and was in a little studio with a great view. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area

Great and exhausting workout! I was lucky to be the only participant, so the trainer could focus on making me breathless with a multitude of exercises. I practiced punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and dodges. Gloves, tapes, and water were provided. I really recommend this as a good sport activity.
