Great tour but be more prepared than I was

Great tour but it is very physical. Includes walking 6-8 km barefoot and wading into water to mid-thigh (I’m 5’6”). And going into quicksand to your knees at least (optional) Guide was knowledgeable and kind. Bring food, water, and wear shorts! And a good weatherproof jacket if it’s below 65 and windy out.
