Overview

Have fun aboard our motorized gozzo, we will leave from the port of Monopoli sailing in the direction of the splendid caves of Polignano a Mare. An exciting tour for small groups of different nationalities and cultures, who will share on board the wonderful view of Polignano a Mare, a city nestled on the rock that hides its enchanting sea caves rich in history that we will discover together during the boat tour. We will visit the renowned Grotta Palazzese, Lama Monachile, famous natural inlet, the Isola dell'Eremita, spiritual and legendary place, nest for the splendid specimen, the Corsican seagull; the Lovers' Cave, the Ardito Cave and many others. During the tour, we will stop to take a swim in the blue and crystalline waters of Polignano a Mare and we will toast in company with a flute of Prosecco, accompanied by taralli, focaccia from Bari and olives, well-known products of the Apulian gastronomic tradition.

Monopoli shared tour to Polignano caves

This boat tour was wonderful!! The skipper and tour guide were amazing! They had us laughing and falling in loving Monopoli and Polignano.

It is as described. They take only 8 people, so not crowded. Our guide was well informed and local who could told about the history and background about the caves and the town. Weather in Sep is perfect for the tour as it is not too hot. As a family we had a fun time in the boat.

Well organized, on time, and the guides were wonderful. Great way to see the caves & coast, and see a bit of Polignano e mare if you’re short on time.

We had a lovely time seeing the caves and sights of Polignano by Gozzo boat. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. They have a passion for the area, and it was a great few hours on the water. Food and aperitivo drinks were served at sunset to cap off a lovely afternoon.

Great tour! We really enjoyed this small group boat tour from start to finish. The tour guide was enthusiastic and provided plenty of Aperol and focaccia :) We felt the group size was just right. Would definitely recommend to others!
