    We will travel to CariƱena. The wineries belonging to the D.O.P. CariƱena, 32 in total, are developing different initiatives and actions to promote wine tourism in this area. Scheduled visits to wineries, vineyards, tasting courses or the creation of hotel establishments exclusively destined to wine tourism are just some of the activities with which visitors can enjoy and learn about wine culture in CariƱena.

    We will visit a family winery open since 1903 , the successive generations of the family saga have dedicated all their knowledge and experience to a highly considered work process that begins in the vineyard and ends in each one of the bottles issued by our Winery to the five Continents.

    In his Bodegas Heredad AnsĆ³n, in Muel, CristĆ³bal AnsĆ³n, in the company of his daughters MarĆ­a and Isabel and his wife BegoƱa Bello, make wines with care and attention, with top-quality grapes of various varieties, of which the "Garnacha ā€, for the production of red and rosĆ© wines, and the ā€œMacabeoā€, also known in other parts of AragĆ³n as ā€œAlcaĆ±Ć³nā€, for the production of white wines. They are their best letters of introduction in the markets of Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy and China, where they have accredited their quality with the international awards obtained.

Great intro to the wines of Carinena

What an interesting time spent with Jorge! He picked us up from our hotel and we drove out of Zaragoza to 2 very different wineries, tasting a varity of wines at each place. Along the way Jorge shared his passion and knowledge of all things wine :). A memorable experience for sure!

We had a wonderful time with Jorge - he picked 2 fabulous wineryā€™s to tour. We enjoyed every aspect from the car ride to tasting the wine. He was a great host and clearly has a passion for what he does. I would do it gain and recommend you book a tour with him too. Enjoy!

Our experience was incredible. Jorge was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. Weā€™re were picked up on time and fortunate to have a small group of four people total (along with Jorge). The two wineries we visited were quite different, which was delightful. Great history of the region and the wineries and even greater wine, accompanied by bread, cheese, jamĆ³n. We were not rushed at all and had a great time asking questions about the process and even the corks. I would highly recommend this adventure with Jorge.

Jorge is a wonderful guide he's extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It was truly a blessing to have him show us two beautiful wineries of one of the best Vineyard areas of AragĆ³n.
