Francesco was able to make history to come alive. We learned so much about Medici family and history of Florence. Francesco is so knowledgeable and professional!! He was an absolute delight to have as a guide.

After a few organisational issues because we were in the low season, we ended up with just two of us and a very pleasant guide. We learnt a lot about Florence, and the Medici family. We were shown many things that we would have otherwise passed by, and we made note of the places we wanted to visit later. *****. By the way, if you don't already know, red23, black 111 and black 13 are small square plaques above shop doors, not the street number !
