Overview

This is not just a regular kayaking tour! You will enjoy it while your guide is taking you through the history of the land while visiting limestone quarries and 14th-century monasteries while watching the wild deers roaming around you! And on top of it all, you will enjoy the Sunset on a small Island while drinking special Grk wine and eating cakes...

Itinerary

This is not just a regular kayaking Tour! We have mixed all of the stuff that we love in here and are excited for you to try it out!! A bit of history, a bit of sightseeing, animals watching, Grk wine tasting, and pastries tasting! This evening kayaking Tour is starting from Tatinja Bay in Lumbarda. After meeting your guide and completing a 20-minute safety briefing and training session in the sea you will begin with the tour. You will visit the island Vrnik famous for its quarrying history, and island Badija which is home to a beautiful monastery from the 14th century complete with beautiful wild deer roaming around. After that, you will paddle to the most beautiful sunset spot in the area to enjoy the calming red sun dropping into the sea. Whilst enjoying the sunset you will be able to enjoy some amazing homemade white wine called GRK that can only be found in the Lumbarda region, whilst snacking on homemade canape sandwiches complete with cheese and salted anchovies and also finish it all up with homemade KLAŠUN pastries! Please note - We will serve homemade juice for kids!

Brilliant. We were a family of 4 and there was a nice couple on our tour/experience as well. Hard to convey how great it was all in. Excellent communication and care in advance, very safety conscious at all levels and then unforgettable experience on the water. Beautiful paddling, islands. Great history and humour, botany and boating. Andre was fun and confidence inspiring, especially looked out for our teenagers, brought everything alive, was friendly, approachable and an engaging story teller. Lovely snacks and drinks, local and personal, after swim on the last island as the sun set. Highly recommend.

Amazing Sunset Experience

We had an amazing tour with Andre last night for sunset! This kayaking trip was fantastic from start to finish and Andre was a fab guide, very chilled out and had lots of interesting stories and facts to share with us! We loved seeing the different islands, especially the deer on Badija - which was our main reason for going - and watching the sunset was amazing. We loved the snacks and wine and would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
