Hands-on Experience: you'll create your sushi under the guidance of our expert sushi chef. Can you replicate the Japanese sushi chef's skillful hand movements?

Learn how to make perfect sushi rice that you can easily recreate at home.
Cultural Insights:
Did you know nigiri sushi was created in Japan 300 years ago? See the amazing staircase cabinets in our historic building, once a rice wholesale shop. The beautiful ceiling beams will take you back 100 years!

The class was a blast and will likely come in handy! The food was great and Kate was very kind, knew lots of English and even helped us learn some Japanese! Would highly recommend to families and groups of friends.

Awesome place to learn to make sushi. Simple, fun, and enthusiastic instructor with good quality authentic ingredients. It was loads of fun to make this with my friends and a wonderful experience overall. I recommend.

It was a lot of fun, the teacher is really nice and helpful. It really is something you have to do when you visit Japan!
We got to make 3 diferent types of Sushi; Maki sushi, Nigiri sushi, and Gunkan sushi.

A must do if you like sushi and you want to get some tips from a sushi chef about making different types of sushi und learn how to cut fish. Kate ist a very nice teacher and helped us to produce real good Sushi.

We had a really good time, making Sushi with Kate, she explained not only how to make Sashimi, Nigiri and how to cut the Fush, but also how to eat it the right way and some things about it's history. Thank you very much for a wonderful workshop
