Overview

Dress in a traditional Japanese kimono and stroll through the charming streets of Japan in this self-guided walking tour, capturing beautiful photos and creating cherished memories. We offer a wide selection of kimonos, ranging from traditional patterns to modern designs, with experienced staff to assist you with dressing. The package includes the kimono itself, sash belt (obi), Japanese clutch, sandals, and socks. Don't worry, hairstyling is available at an additional cost. If it's not too busy, the dressing process can take less than an hour, and you can set off on your adventure. Now, have a fantastic time exploring Japan!

Itinerary

Enjoy exploring the streets of Kawagoe while dressed in a kimono. First, visit the store in Kawagoe and choose a kimono you'd like to wear. Once you've decided on the kimono, our staff will assist you with getting dressed. Once you're ready, step outside and enjoy adventuring through the wonderful streets of Kawagoe in your kimono! Feel free take beautiful photos and immerse yourself in Japanese culture. You can return the kimono anytime, as long as it is before 4:30 pm! [What is the Wargo Deluxe Plan?] This plan gives you the flexibility to choose from additional options: Upgrading the grade of the kimono and obi (Japanese belt) is also possible up to a certain level. Additionally, a standard hairstyle is included (only for women). Please note that the available choices of kimono grades may vary by store, so please check with the store for specific options. ※If you make a reservation after 3pm the day before, you may have to wait a little while at the store.

Today, me and my friend went to this kimono store. We are both hijabi Muslim girls and we had a great time! All the staffs very nice, friendly. We prayed at the store, they made us feel very comfortable and at home. Wearing our kimonos, we visited the beautiful Kawagoe area and the famous bell tower. Definitely recommend

Wargo Kimono rental shop is 10min distance from Kawagoe station. The staffs are all very friendly and can speak English without any problem. There are varities of colorful kimonos you can choose from. And you can choose several hair styles as well. Overall a wonderful experience and will come again with friends ❤️
