Itinerary

Immerse yourself in an authentic culinary experience in Lecce, the baroque capital of Apulia. Your host will greet you with a welcome aperitif featuring typical Salento products, followed by a refreshing Leccese Coffee, a traditional Salento drink made with almond milk and ice. As you sip, enjoy a hands-on cooking session where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta. Combine simple ingredients with passion to create Orecchiette and Maccheroni al Ferretto (using the traditional pasta tool). Under the guidance of a local chef, you'll also prepare two delicious sauces: a classic fresh tomato sauce and a chickpea and vegetable topping. Afterward, enjoy the fruits of your labor during a convivial dinner, complete with homemade bread, a traditional dessert, and homemade limoncello. The Best Experience - Highly Recommend

This was our best experience on our trip. It was obvious that Lisa and Fabio had spent a lot of time preparing for our visit. They were very warm and welcoming and were great teachers in making pasta. The food that they served was amazing!!! We truly enjoyed every moment of our time and highly recommend this cooking class!!!

Had a wonderful evening with Lisa and Fabio! They picked us up from the old town and took us to their lovely home. We had a blast making the pasta and tasting the local specialties that Lisa had made. In addition, we enjoyed wine and a delicious dessert. They even gave us the recipes so we could try everything at home. This was a excellent experience!

Fabio and Lisa were incredible teachers and gracious hosts. They kindly opened their home and treated us like family. The food we learned to make was simple enough to do at home and delicious. It felt as though we were spending time with friends.

Lisa and Fabio were the lovely couple that hosted this wonderful evening for us. We were thought how to make different kinds of pasta. Mostly it was a great food experience we were introduced in the local cooking, some great appetizers, amazing primi and for dessert lovely panna cotta and delicious homemade limoncello. Too bad for us it was our last day in Lecce, because the couple had some really good recommendations in the area. Guess we have to come back... Luckily Fabio made loads of pictures during the night, so we can relive it when we get back home. 10/10 would recommend!
