An unforgettable journey through the Alps in the village of Interlaken. Take an independant day trip to explore the mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Between Lakes Thun and Brienz Interlaken you will find many surprises. Overlooked by the famous trio of summits (Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau) this village in the heart of the Alps is full of shops. Enjoy your day to taste the Swiss specialties, it is the ideal place to eat a Swiss fondue. Stroll in the charming streets of this famous village. Despite the name, Höheweg, literally "high path" in Swiss German, is quite level. It's also ideal for an ambitious shopping trip. Roger was a great guide who provided us some interesting facts and stories about Switzerland. Going up to the top of Harder Kulm made the drive to Interlaken worth it.

It's just a very beautiful place and the driver and tour guide were fantastic The weather was hot but tolerable and traffic on highway was very slow due to construction Overall the best place to visit in Switzerland

Breathtaking Scenery!

Really awesome trip! Beautiful scenery on the bus trip up. We had a one hour stop at the gorgeous village Lauterbrunnen, with its seven waterfalls. Then on to Interlaken. We did the funicular/train up to the overlook at Harder Kulm. The view from there of Interlocken, Lake Thun, and Lake Brietz was simply breathtaking. It was like looking at a masterpiece oil painting. We got a dessert and a drink at the restaurant up there before heading back down for free time in Interlaken. The guides did a fabulous job keeping us organized and briefed on our options. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and will always remember the amazing scenery...we took so many pictures! We would recommend this tour.
