Learn Korean language briefly with welcome drink 3. Cook 3 main dishes and 1 stew - main 1 : Bibimbap (Mixed rice with Meat & Vegetables) - main 2 : Dakgalbi (Stir-fried Chicken) - main 3 : Haemul-pajeon (Seafood & Green onion Pancake) - stew : Doenjang-jjigae (Fermented Soybean paste stew) 4. Enjoy Hanjeongsik - Hanjeongsik means 'A Korean traditional course meal with more than 10 side dishes in total'. We're offering the side dishes, dessert and drinks without any extra charge. 5. Try on 'Tal' - You can try on Tal which is Korean traditional mask at stunning photo spot.

There are way fewer tourists here as compared to Gwangjang market or Noryanjin market but it is more popular and lively with local. We are getting some fresh fruits and vegetables for the class. You can try exotic street food with no extra charge. :-)

Amazing experience

This was an amazing experience and so glad that I booked it during my vacation in Seoul. Junghee is truly an amazing tour guide and instructor. Loved going through the Mangwon Market and learning new things about Korean foods. We made delicious dishes and I made some new friends during this activity. This is a must if you want to learn how to cook Korean dishes.

Excellent experience regardless of experience level. This isn’t some curated tourist trap, this is a local who hosts out of her own home and has vendors smiling and waving as she goes by. Highly recommended.

A really super experience. A nice market tour, followed by an excellent cooking class and meal. Jung Hee is an amazing host and fosters such a comfortable and fun ambiance.

We took Junghee’s cooking class and it was an amazing experience! She has such great energies which made our group connect immediately as we started the tour in the market. The class was super fun, we cooked decisions food in great atmosphere, It was one of the highlights in our trip and probably the best food we had, Highly recommended!

This cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Seoul! Junghee was such an amazing host. It was great to be in a small group (max 10 people) because the intimate setting made everything so much more personable. She really made an effort to get to know all of us. The market tour beforehand was great - Junghee is extremely knowledgeable and we got to try different kinds of foods. Once we were back at her place, we got to cook 3 different types of Korean food and each one was very hands on and so much fun! Overall, it felt like we all just friends hanging out on a Friday afternoon. Would definitely recommend!!!
