Giselle is the best tour guide!

Giselle was a fantastic guide! She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She came well-prepared, bringing an iPad loaded with pictures and information to supplement her guide which was super helpful. She was our guide for Belvedere Palace but we also learned so much about Austrian history and WWI. During the tour, she recommended checking out the Austrian National museum which we followed through and it was awe-inspiring. After the tour, she texted us to reach out to her for any questions. She’s so sweet and nice! I don’t know if she does other tours in Vienna but I would definitely recommend Giselle as the tour guide in Vienna. Thank you for an awesome experience, Giselle!

I booked a skip the line tour at the Belvedere Palace as a gift to my best friend on her 50th birthday, thanks to our knowledgeable, detailed oriented tour guide “GISELLE” we had a priceless experienced. Giselle reach out to me days prior to the tour and provided me photograph detailed information about our meeting point just outside the Belvedere Palace. Giselle’s professionalism and historical knowledge made our visit unforgettable one that we will treasure for a lifetime. Giselle is valuable asset to this company and a true representation of valuable standards. She exceeded our experience at the end of our tour taking the initiative and providing her personal care in referring us to a local restaurant and went as far as making a table reservation, thanks to her kindness we were able to sumerge ourselves in Viennas culture not just thru art and history but also thru their delicious cuisine.
