Overview

Kazoobie Kazoos is a small family run manufacturer based in Beaufort, SC. We love kazoos!! We make them, collect them, and love sharing this American made and invented instrument with the World. Our guides will demonstrate kazoos, nose flutes, kazobos, and an assortment of other fun instruments. After an hour at our factory you will know all there is to know about kazoos, and get to build your own! Perfect for kids of all ages.

Kazoobie Kazoos Factory and Kazoo Museum is located in the Beaufort Industrial Village. We are conveniently located on the way into Beaufort near highway 21 and highway 170.

Our professional guides will demonstrate many of our fun kazoos and noisemakers for your group. We then take you through our kazoo assembly, printing, and packaging operation to show you how we produce over 1,000,000 kazoos annually. Spend some time in our Kazoo Museum that includes over 150 antique kazoos, some dating to the 1800's. And last but not least... every member of your group gets to make their very own kazoo! Come see how a small American manufacturer is keeping the humble Kazoo alive and spreading joy across the World.

Love Kazoobie Kazoos!

Nancy was a phenomenal tour guide - entertaining, knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm (and what a kazoo player!) My whole family loved the experience - the museum, introductory video, whistle displays, factory tour and creation of our own unique kazoos. Even the souvenir shop was fun! Make a stop at Beaufort’s Kazoo Factory - you won’t be disappointed!

Nancy was fantastic! Between the shoulder rolls and the jazz hands, her knowledge and kazoo skills were both impressive and enjoyable. The informational video starting kazoos had the entire family laughing. Thanks for a great tour!

My boyfriend and I were on our way to Bluffton to visit friends and decided to stop by Kazoobie Kazoos to kill time before we got to see them. It was well worth the stop along the way. Nancy was so much fun during our tour and provided us with a ton of information about the production and history of kazoos. Plus we got to make our own kazoos at the end of the tour! Definitely worth the stop if you’re passing through Beaufort.
