If you haven't already discussed the menu, Chef Khadija will ask you for your choice of meal, which can be customized to fit vegetarian and vegan diets too. The cooking class itself is the highlight of the experience, as you get to participate in the cooking process and take home a note paper with all the necessary steps to recreate the dish at home. Chef Khadija's expert guidance ensures that you understand each step and learn the secrets of Moroccan cuisine. You're also welcome to take pictures and videos to capture the memories. Chef Khadija is not only an experienced and skilled chef, but also a caring and fun-loving mom, ensuring that the class is enjoyable for everyone.
