Thanh Toan Bridge

If you come to Hue City and you want to find a peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Thanh Toan tile-roofed bridge is your target destination. Awarded the national relic site in 1990, this rustic place not only offers the shade on sunny days but also shows a unique architecture style. According to Louis Bazacier, a famous researcher, Thanh Toan Bridge is the most aesthetically cultural one in Vietnam. Thanh Toan Bridge is over an irrigation channel running from the beginning to the end of the Thanh Thuy Chanh village; Thuy Thanh commune. It is about 8 km on the Eastward of Hue city. Therefore, tourists can rent a motorbike or ride a bike to enjoy the fresh air and template the beauty of this peaceful site. Before reaching this destination, travelers have the chance to travel along the green paddy fields and enjoy the scene that the farmers plow with the buffalo.

The Bay has favorable conditions to develop beach resorts, eco-tourism, sea sports…Moreover, Lang Co Bay Hue also lies in the route “The Central Heritage Road” with four famous world heritage sites including Hoi An Ancient Town and My Son Sanctuary in Quang Nam Province. The Royal Citadel of Hue, Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park in Quang Binh Province.

GREAT experience with driver Lu

This tour is so worth it. We had Lu as our driver and guide and he was so kind and informative. This tour does cost a bit more than most activities but you definitely get your money’s worth. Such a great way to get from Hue to Hoi an, I couldn’t recommend this enough!

We had an amazing day riding with Cong in the real deal US army jeep. A surprisingly comfortable ride! Great way to travel as you travel through a lot of countryside and can see a lot from the jeep. Really delicious lunch stop at Lang Co beach.
