This is truly the spiritual heart of Turkey. Watching the Dervishes, mediate as they whirl is so peaceful and mesmerising. With photography not allowed and the entire ceremony done without words, only music, it is moving and breathtaking.

Spiritual but not entertainment

Great for a spiritual experience but don’t expect entertainment. It’s an hour long event. You’ll see plenty of whirling dervishes. Recommend reading some background info on their movements and actions so you understand the context. They provide very high level explanations during the event.
